Account and Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Tidy Home account and associated data, or to request deletion of some data without deleting your account.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email from the address associated with your Tidy Home account so we can verify ownership. If you no longer have access to that email, include your phone number and any details that help us verify the account belongs to you.

What You Can Request
- Deletion of your customer account and associated personal information.
- Deletion of selected data, such as profile information, saved home details, uploaded review screenshots, or certain marketing/rewards submissions.
- Closure of access to the Tidy Home customer app.
Data We May Need to Keep
Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, safety, dispute, or service-history purposes. We will delete or anonymize eligible data after verifying and processing your request.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification, legal obligations, or active transactions require more time.
